Lovely visit from the family today. Had a very pleasant walk up to a local viewpoint, followed by a pub meal. My little niece didn’t want to go home!

Just returned from my first exercise class in years. Zumba for -ahem- older people. It was good, back trouble notwithstanding. Plus I managed to fall over when doing some weeding yesterday, twisting my ankle, elbow and shoulder. So, my movements were slightly restricted. 😇
