I attended the most spectacular wedding last weekend, the marriage of the daughter of a close friend of mine. Such an honour to be invited to share in their day.

Currently relaxing in my trendy central London hotel. Enjoying the aircon!
Today was a horrid day at the desk, made a bit more bearable by managing to catch the live streams of a couple of Relay fm podcasts this afternoon/evening.
Still working on my Zentangle, this one was done in Procreate and I’m trying to work on depth and shading.
I had a chai latte a few weeks ago and I think I’m hooked. Chai has replaced salted caramel green tea as my bedtime cosy drink.
Lovely meal out with friends this evening. Bruschetta, followed by a smoked salmon, prawn and avocado salad. Perfect food. 🥑

Superb concert last night, by the Swing Unlimited Big Band. Not seen them before, but will definitely be going again. Mostly film music this time, though they also play all kinds of jazz/big band.
A new flower has appeared. I think it’s from a bunch of seeds I chucked into the soil just to see what grew.
Popped outside at lunchtime with the Fuji bridge camera and it’s “super-macro” setting. Still has its uses, this camera.
